To translate a Word Document in Microsoft Word please follow the steps below:

Click the document to open it in Microsoft Word

Click Review on the top tool bar:

Click the Dropdown arrow under the word Translate

Choose translate document, the Translator box will open on the right-hand side of the screen.

In this box you will also choose the language you are translating from: English, to the language you are translating to: your language.

Then click translate.
