Verification of Education

If you are a school or employer needing education verification, please FAX to 307-771-2180 a signed release including the following information: student's name, name used in school (if different,) student's date of birth and contact information.

Graduates and non-graduates age 18-22:

LCSD1 high schools maintain the transcript of all graduates and non-graduates age 18 to 22. In July of each year, transcripts for all graduates and non-graduates who have attained their 22nd birthday are sent for retention at the LCSD1 Administration Building. If you are age 18-22 and wish to obtain a copy of your transcript, please contact the high school where you were last enrolled. There is no charge for these transcripts.

Please note that you are only able to reach the staff of Triumph High School during the normal school year and may call the LCSD1 Student Records Manager at 307-771-2206.

Born on or since January 1, 1971, and at least 22 years of age:

In July of each year, transcripts for all graduates and non-graduates who have attained their 22nd birthday are sent for retention at the LCSD1 Administration Building. If you were born after January 1, 1971, are currently at least 22 years old and wish to obtain a copy of your transcript, please submit a request using this online form. There is no charge for these transcripts. If you have questions, please contact the LCSD1 Student Records Manager at 307-771-2206.

Born on or before December 31, 1970:

If you were born on or before December 31, 1970, and wish to obtain a copy of your transcript, your transcript is maintained at the Wyoming State Archives. To request a copy, please submit a request to the Wyoming State Archives using this online form. There is a $4.00 charge for this service. If you have questions, please contact the Wyoming State Archives at 307-777-7826.

GED Transcripts

Duplicate GED/HiSET/TASC certificates and transcripts information is available through the Wyoming Community College Commission. Please click here to look at their website and send a request for a duplicate certificate or transcript. There is a charge for this service.

The State does not maintain any copies of high school equivalency credentials; consequently, all requests of this nature must be through the vendor.
