The district collects new student information through an Online Household Registration form. This process ensures we have updated home address, phone number, emergency contact, and health information on file. All of these items help schools to keep students safe while at school. Your current contact information, your student’s emergency contact information, and your student’s medical history are needed for our records.

Recommended:

  • Two emergency contacts, including addresses and phone numbers

If your child has a life-threatening condition including allergies, asthma, diabetes
and seizure disorders, you will need to meet with the school nurse before the first day
of school or any of the school readiness/open house programs. The nurse will confirm
all medications, medical supplies and healthcare provider orders are in place.
