Meet the Team
Lindsey Stutheit
Career and Technical Education Curriculum Coordinator
Lindsey has been the CTE Coordinator at LCSD#1 since July of 2021. Her background includes work as an elementary, middle school, and high school teacher of a variety of subject areas including math, science, English, social studies, reading, culinary, baking, and child development. She has a bachelor’s degree in Textiles and Merchandising, a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, and a certification in K-12 Administration. She previously worked as the Workforce Partnership Facilitator and is passionate about connecting students to the careers and training they want through learning opportunities in the district and in our community.
Adam Keizer
Workforce Partnership Facilitator
Adam joined LCSD#1 in August of 2022. His previous work
includes running the Career Center at Laramie County Community College (LCCC), being
the Program Director at GearUP on the LCCC campus, and has served in a variety
of other community organizations including Youth Alternatives, Leadership
Cheyenne, and served on the board of the Skilled Careers Foundation. Adam is
constantly striving to create connections that mutually benefit students and
community partners, as well as, develop student workforce skills through a
variety of activities.
Connie Axness
Administrative Support
Connie has worked with the district for 15 plus years in a variety of departments. Her expertise in finance, grant work, purchasing, and CTE makes her the perfect support for this department. Connie enjoys learning new things and taking on challenges to support teachers and students. Her duties also include purchasing and support for the ELA department at LCSD#1.
