What is the Service Desk?

The Service Desk staff is here to help students, parents and staff. They also are our main contact to put in service request tickets for the different departments in the district. If you need password reset, programs not working correctly for your student, iPad troubleshooting, remote learning day assistance, Canvas and ClassLink assistance. They can be reached by phone, email or even the new live chat support.
