Notice is hereby given that members of the Board of Trustees of Laramie County School District Number One, State of Wyoming declare their intention to amend Board Policies Chapter 8 Section 12, Seclusion, Restraint, Forcible Physical Contact and Corporal Punishment of its Policy manual. The proposed amendments bring our policy up to date with W.S. §21-3-110(a)(xxxi) and Wyoming Chapter 42 Rule “Seclusion and Restraint in Schools.” Potential changes to Policies can be reviewed on the Board’s webpage at this link https://go.boarddocs.com/wy/laramie1/Board.nsf/Public or at the Admin Building, located at 2810 House Avenue at Door #1.
