2024 LCSD1 graduation ceremonies to be held at Frontier Park

Laramie County School District 1 will once again be partnering with Cheyenne Frontier Days to host its 2024 graduation ceremonies at Frontier Park, 1230 W. 8th Ave.

With the exception of Triumph High School, all ceremonies will be held on Friday, May 24. Triumph High’s graduation will be held on Thursday, May 23 at 4 p.m. in Storey Gymnasium, 2811 House Ave.

The ceremonies on Friday, May 24 are scheduled as follows:

  • 9 a.m., East High School
  • 1 p.m., Central High School
  • 5 p.m., South High School

To accommodate picture opportunities for family and friends, each high school campus will be open immediately following graduation.

We are pleased to announce that we will once again have the opportunity with our community partners at Cheyenne Frontier Days, to hold our graduation ceremony for the graduating class of 2024 at Frontier Park.

We will hold three high school graduations at Frontier Park at 1230 W. 8th Ave., on Friday, May 24th, 2024. This will provide an opportunity for an extended weekend to all families and friends that are gathering in Cheyenne for their senior’s big event. The venue is an iconic Cheyenne tradition, and we are very thankful for our partnership with the CFD committee to offer this experience. We expect this to be another amazing day for the seniors at Central, East, and South High Schools.

To accommodate picture opportunities for family and friends we will have each high school campus open immediately following graduation. Please contact your building principal for details.

We will hold our graduation ceremonies for Triumph High School graduates at Storey Gymnasium at 2811 House Avenue on May 23rd. This is due to the intimate nature for families and friends of a smaller population of students that will be graduating.

East High School Graduation Ceremony

  • 8:00 Park Opens for East High
  • 9:00 Graduation Ceremony Begins
  • 10:30 Graduation Ceremony Ends
  • 11:00 Clear Frontier Park for Central High Ceremony

Central High School Graduation Ceremony

  • 11:00 Park Re-Opens for Central High
  • 1:00 Graduation Ceremony Begins
  • 2:30 Graduation Ceremony Ends
  • 3:00 Clear Frontier Park for South High Ceremony

South High School Graduation Ceremony

  • 3:00 Park Re-Opens for South High
  • 5:00 Graduation Ceremony Begins 
  • 6:30 Graduation Ceremony Ends

We are excited for this to be another wonderful experience for all seniors, families, friends, and school staff. We look forward to our collaboration with our community partners to ensure our students culminate their LCSD1 experience in a fun and festive manner.
