Projects involving architectural and engineering services, and construction contracts are administered by the LCSD1 Planning & Construction office.

There is no charge to view bid documents. However, there is a $22.00 fee to download the bid documents. If the project you are looking for is no longer listed, you may search for the project by clicking on "Project Results" link.

Attention Visitors:

All visitors must enter through Door #1, located on the north/east corner of the administration building.  This door faces Storey gym and is locked.  Make sure to have someone from the Planning and Construction department meet you at the door.
