- The LCSD#1 Tuition-Based PreK Programs are solely a self-funded tuition-based program which is not supported by state or local K-12 school district funds. The tuition for the LCSD#1 Tuition-Based PreK Program is $750/month based on 176 school calendar days regardless of the number of school days in any particular month. Payments will be set up as Automated Clearing House (ACH) deductions once the parent/guardian completes the Tuition-Based Agreement Form.
- A sliding scale is available for tuition assistance. Proof of income through a W-2 or pay stubs will be required to qualify for tuition assistance.
- After the registration documents have been completed online, the parent/legal guardian will need to go to the school to complete online registration and enrollment. Once these two steps are completed, the school will contact you. Remember that your student will not be enrolled in the program until all documentation is processed and initial payments have been made.
- Annual tuition of $6,750 payable using any of the following options:
- Paid-in-full at the time parents finalize registration at the school.
- Paid by semester in the following installments:
- $3,375 paid at the time of registration. Final payment due by January 15.
- Paid monthly via ACH $750 draft.
- Guardian(s) will complete this at the school when finalizing registration.
- The parent /guardian is responsible for notifying the LCSD#1 Finance Office of any changes in bank information by calling 307-771-2219.
- Payment being returned for any reason will result in a $25.00 Returned Payment Fee.
- If the payment date falls on a holiday or weekend, the payment will be drafted on the previous business day.
- LCSD#1 will not prorate tuition for the first month of school for late registrants.
- A late fee of $25 will be assessed for payments received after the close of business (4 PM) on the day payment is due.
- Failure to make payments will result in the withdrawal of your child from the program.
