Employment & Income Verification Requests

Laramie County School District uses The Work Number® from Equifax, an automated online service that provides fast and secure employment and income verifications.  Employees at all locations who need official verification of employment for consumer loans, home or auto purchases or leases, housing, identification for government benefits, and similar uses may obtain employment and salary data. The service is available 24 hours every day and can be accessed from any location. All interactions are private and protected by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.

New to The Work Number? In order to verify income and employment, go to www.theworknumber.com to view their many different verification services and get started now. Click on Get Started and choose one of the following:

  • Employment and Income Verifications – Verify someone's employment, income or work history.
  • Social Service Verifications - Determine someone's eligibility for government assistance.
